Ninety-minute consultations walk every relevant room documenting measurements, light conditions, and existing inventory photography. Immediate verbal recommendations accompany note-taking for formal proposal development.

Consultation fee €145 credits toward packages booked within thirty days; otherwise payable separately for standalone advice value.

Proposal and Agreement

Written proposals within five business days detail room scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed pricing. Deposit of 50% confirms scheduling; balance due on completion day.

Proposal validity lasts thirty days reflecting material availability and seasonal scheduling constraints.

Sourcing and Procurement

Styling packages include sourcing time for specified items within agreed budget allocations. Purchases made on client cards or reimbursed against receipts with transparent documentation.

Delivery coordination schedules multiple item arrivals near installation day reducing clutter duration in client homes.

Installation and Handover

Installation days range from four hours for single rooms to two full days for whole-home projects. Final walkthrough confirms satisfaction before balance invoice issuance.

Room guides and maintenance notes delivered digitally within forty-eight hours of completion.
